Meadowlark Optics’ in-house 3D printing capability offers design customization and flexibility. With major advantages in rapid prototyping, any quantity (even single parts) can be produced quickly and inexpensively. Detailed features which would be costly and difficult (even impossible) to machine with traditional techniques, such as C-mount threads and strain relief, are easily incorporated into printed parts.
With an additive build process, our system uses acrylic-based UV-curable photopolymer to produce high resolution plastic parts. This manufacturing method is ideal for prototypes and custom fixtures, allowing you to integrate any optical component into your system with ease.
For printing services of your previously modeled part, please ask about file-type compatibility and restrictions. CAD modeling and consultation services also available upon request.
