Meadowlark Service and Support

The environment at Meadowlark Optics is characterized by a continuous focus on our mission, which brings together two basic elements: the world’s best polarization optics and the customers who need solutions. (We think of our customers as pioneers.) When you telephone Meadowlark for products or support, for example, the perspective of our team members is primed to your needs. We are here not only to talk about products, but to lend whatever insight we can on the solutions you are seeking.

To back up the customer-centered culture at work throughout our facility, we have established our comprehensive Right on Spec Warranty. We guarantee that, should the product you purchase not be precise in its specifications, we will fix it, helping to ensure you have the instrumentation your project demands.

Meadowlark is also proud to remind our customers that our Transmitted Wavefront Specifications are always stated in Peak-to-Valley (not RMS) and our Reflectivity Specifications are always Absolute (not Average.) In other words, Meadowlark provides the highest quality parts possible by not compromising our internal specs or our customer's performance. It's much more difficult to meet Peak-to-Valley TWD and Absolute Reflectance but we feel the obligation to provide the very best solutions to our customers.

Finally, our culture of problem-solving and service encompasses the custom products that have been the basis of Meadowlark since our beginning more than 25 years ago. (For more on this work, please see our Custom products page.)

Tom Baur founded Meadowlark because he needed to solve a problem that would serve other scientists, and these are the principles on which Meadowlark continues to stand.
